What is included
- Waiting time is included: 60 minutes free on domestic arrivals and 90 minutes on international arrivals, at every airport.
- Five airports, two regions: George Bush Intercontinental and Hobby in Houston; SFO, Oakland and San Jose in the Bay Area.
- Any size of party: Sedans for small parties, SUVs for families with luggage, and Sprinters for groups travelling together.
- Any hour: Early departures and late arrivals are normal for us. LimoLane operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
- Flight tracking and meet and greet: We track your flight, and a chauffeur can meet you inside the terminal.
- Child seats: Child car seats are fitted on request.
- Included on every trip: Complimentary WiFi and bottled water.
- No surprises: The price shown in the booking system includes a 20% gratuity and all fees.

How long will my chauffeur wait?
LimoLane includes 60 minutes of free waiting time for domestic airport pickups, 90 minutes for international airport pickups, and 15 minutes for all other pickup locations.
Does LimoLane track my flight?
Yes. LimoLane tracks arriving flights, so your chauffeur knows when you actually land rather than when you were scheduled to.
Does LimoLane offer airport meet and greet?
Yes. LimoLane offers meet-and-greet service at the airport.
Can LimoLane provide a child car seat?
Yes. Child car seats are available on request. Tell us the age of the child when you book so the right seat is fitted.
What is included in the price?
Every trip includes complimentary WiFi and bottled water, and the price shown in the booking system already includes a 20% gratuity and all fees, so there are no surprises.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sedans, SUVs and business vans can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Minibuses and coaches can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged the full agreed amount.
