Booking questions
How do I book?
Book online through the LimoLane reservation portal, call (855) 525-6622, or email info@limolaneinc.com. You can book for yourself or on behalf of someone else.
When is my card charged?
LimoLane places a pre-authorization on your card when you book and charges it after the trip has taken place. If you cancel within the free cancellation window, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sedans, SUVs and business vans can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Minibuses and coaches can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged the full agreed amount.
How long will my chauffeur wait?
LimoLane includes 60 minutes of free waiting time for domestic airport pickups, 90 minutes for international airport pickups, and 15 minutes for all other pickup locations.
