- Sprinters can be booked point to point or by the hour, with a three-hour minimum on hourly service.
- For shuttles, the vehicle runs a loop between two addresses for the length of the booking.
- Minibuses and coaches can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup.
- Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time on domestic arrivals and 90 minutes on international arrivals.

Is a Sprinter rental in Houston self-drive or with a driver?
With a driver. LimoLane provides Mercedes Sprinters in Houston with a professional chauffeur only; they are not self-drive van rentals.
Can a Sprinter pick up a group at IAH or Hobby?
Yes. Sprinters are available for group airport transfers at both George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and William P. Hobby (HOU), with 60 minutes of free waiting time on domestic arrivals and 90 minutes on international arrivals.
What if my group is too big for one Sprinter?
LimoLane also operates mini coaches and full-size coaches in Houston. Tell us the size of the group when you book and we will match the vehicle to it.
Can I book a vehicle by the hour?
Yes. Every LimoLane vehicle can be booked by the hour, with a minimum of three hours. The hourly rate depends on the size and model of the vehicle.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sedans, SUVs and business vans can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Minibuses and coaches can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged the full agreed amount.
