Before you book
- Sprinters can be booked point to point or by the hour, with a three-hour minimum on hourly service.
- Wine country days are normally booked by the hour so the vehicle waits at each stop.
- Minibuses and coaches can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup.
- Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time on domestic arrivals and 90 minutes on international arrivals.

Is a Sprinter rental in San Francisco self-drive or with a driver?
With a driver. LimoLane provides Mercedes Sprinters in the Bay Area with a professional chauffeur only; they are not self-drive van rentals.
Can I book a Sprinter for a Napa wine tour from San Francisco?
Yes. Sprinters are booked by the hour for Napa and Sonoma wine tasting days, with a three-hour minimum, so the vehicle stays with your group between wineries.
What if my group is too big for one Sprinter?
LimoLane also operates mini coaches and full-size coaches in the Bay Area. Tell us the size of the group when you book and we will match the vehicle to it.
Can I book a vehicle by the hour?
Yes. Every LimoLane vehicle can be booked by the hour, with a minimum of three hours. The hourly rate depends on the size and model of the vehicle.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sedans, SUVs and business vans can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Minibuses and coaches can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged the full agreed amount.
