Questions
Wine tour questions
Does the car stay with us during the wine tour?
Yes. Wine tours are booked by the hour, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for the whole day and wait at each winery.
What is the minimum booking for a wine tour?
Three hours, the minimum for all hourly service. A day in Napa from San Francisco is normally longer once the drive each way is included.
Can we go straight from SFO to Napa?
Yes. LimoLane drives directly from SFO to the Napa Valley, so you can go straight from your flight to your hotel or first winery.
Can a group tour the wineries together?
Yes. Mercedes Sprinters are booked by the hour for Napa and Sonoma tasting days, so the whole group travels together and the vehicle stays with you between wineries.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sedans, SUVs and business vans can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Minibuses and coaches can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged the full agreed amount.
